Operating from Iqaluit, Panarctic Communications Inc (PCI) is a technology hub corporation wholly owned by Qikiqtaaluk Corporation (QC), an Inuit birthright development corporation for the Qikiqtani region of Nunavut.
Our mission is to foster Inuit self-reliance through leadership and participation in the digital economy.

Qikiqtaaluk Corporation created PCI to pursue Inuit decision-making and leadership in telecommunication services in Nunavut. The mandate quickly developed to include other key technology sectors such as IT Service Management, Telecommunications, and Software Development.
